TeleForm software is licensed for perpetual use, allowing you to utilize the product forever provided that you comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the
TeleForm User Agreement.
As long as you keep your TeleForm maintenance and support in effect, you will receive all upgrades—both "point" releases and major version upgrades—at no charge. Annual
maintenance and support fees are 20% of the purchase price of the software, subject to an annual inflation adjustment.
