Doing It Yourself

Perhaps you would prefer to process your forms yourself.  There may be some benefits to processing your forms in-house, but there are also a lot of decisions to be made.

Here are a few questions that you should consider before moving forward:

• Is this a 1-time project or will we have on-going needs for scanning surveys or other forms?
• Which technology is best suited to our long term needs?
• Do we have the proper scanning equipment?
• Do we have personnel available with the proper skill set to operate the equipment and software?
• Do we have suitable PC(s) to run TeleForm?
• Do we need to pre-print identification information on the forms before sending them out?
• Do we need to link the form's data with existing databases?
