CSS combines its database expertise with state-of-the-art optical scanning and web-based technologies to provide a full range of election processing services to our customers. Elections may be conducted via paper ballot, electronic ballot, or both!

As with all of our projects, CSS tailors its election services to meet your exact needs, so you don't pay for those you don't need. Here is a partial list of available election services:

• design and layout of election materials, including scannable ballots
• printing of all election materials
• customized election website, including your logo
• preparation of paper ballot packages
• mailing of paper ballot packages to all or selected members, including any special processing required for international members
• "on demand" preparation and mailing of paper ballot packages to members who request them (via an election hotline)
• e-mailing election information, including personalized secure voting links, to all or selected members
• collection, validation, and opening of ballot returns
• optical scanning and serialization of election ballots
• electronic tabulation of election results
• support for write-in candidates, regional candidates, and bylaws balloting
• reports of election results, and other custom reports and graphs (e.g., demographic analyses of the voting population)
• proprietary software for validating results and for Tellers' Committee Meetings
• selection of random voter(s) to receive promotional items
